This is my version of a knife made by the old Marbles Knife Company back in the early 1900s.  It was named after the naturalist, Dall Deweese.  It is a very practical knife that works well as a hunting knife as well as general utility.  This one is made of 1/8" thick 01 Tool steel and has a patina finish blade.  The overall length is about 7 3/4 inches.  The blade measures 3 3/4 inches long and is 1 inch wide.  It has a highly figured spaulted maple handle with stainless steel hollow pins and lined lanyard hole.  I put a black paracord lanyard on it and made a brown leather sheath form fitted to the knife.  If you like the traditional look of the past before stainless steel was used then this is a great way to go.
