DESCRIPTION:  The "Ranger" commemorates the Army Rangers and their service.  The classic Springfield Fighter was the inspiration for this knife. The main difference is the spine that slopes slightly toward the hilt like the old Bowie knives.  The top clip is sharpened.  It comes with a brass or stainless hilt.  The tang on the Ranger 2 is a full mortise tang which means it runs all the way through the handle material and is visible on top and butt.  This makes a strong handle that balances well.
